which patch should i use?

I have a NTSC game and i need to add a patch for PAL to use it,
i have found 2 versions, "PAL EURO" and "US NTSC", which one should i use (they are marked the same: "pal/ntsc selector")

use the PAL/NTSC patch (US NTSC version)
