Newbie Question- Play PS1 BU's w/out a MOD/BOX
 

I have an ISO image of a net Yaroze "boot disc", can I use this to boot up my PS1 and play backups?? I really don't wanna crack it open to MOD it, but I've lost 4 games ($225!!!!) in the last 3 months, frankley I can't afford NOT to backup my new discs. Will this work??? What software/how (Data,Data/XA,Mode2?? ect....) should I burn this "boot disc"?? I have EZCD 5x, NERO5x, WINISO5x, ISOBUSTER,and some other toys...any help/suggestions/ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.
My CD-R can do RAW ect no problem, I'm just not sure exactly how to go about burning this "boot disc" ISO to a blank CD so it will work. ...
(I can boot to this disc, then swap the BU disc, bam....it plays,W/ no mod....CAN BE DONE, or so I've been told....by several people.) or can it????

the only way to play backups is to install a mod chip or buy an original boot disc. in order for u to use a burnt boot disc u will need a mod chip.
