replacing/repairing files in .bin psx images
 

I made 2 backups of 2 different copies of tales of destiny(cdrwin format). both the cds were scratched, one image had errors in op.str and the other image op.str works ok but had errors in s.xa. Is there anyway i can replace op.str in the first image with the non erroneous one from the second image to make an image with no errors at all?

I have never tried this b4 but u might be able to use isobuster to extract the files then replace the corrupt file with the non-corrupt 1. After doing that u will have to build the image again. good luck!
