NTSC 2 PAL prob
 

I have used Idiots Guide to NTSC to PAL PPF's
in ConsoleCopyWorld. Everything else is ok but picture in tv is positioned about 20% too low. Have i done something wrong?

I have patched 4 games. Everytime same result. ( games i have patched Tenchu 2, Resident evil 3, 100 Nintedo games, 101 sega games).

How can I get pictures position correct?
