copying Syphon Filter 3
 

has anyone successfully made a back-up copy of syphon filter 3? ive tried with Nero, CDRWIN, and Clone CD and i keep getting read errors. please help and reply! thanks!

do u mean that while you're making a cd image that the read error message appear? maybe the disc is damage.
I jsut succesfully made a cd image of Syphon Filter 3 with CDRWin, and there's no any error message.

well, i am using CDRWIN, and selected DiskImage/Cuesheet, and it says it gets bad sectors from 0-26 and just aborts. the disk doesnt seem to be damaged and theres no scratches. reply, thanks!

If it doesn't appear to be damaged then more than likely it is a bad pressing.
PSX cds do not have any read errors unless the source cd is bad in one way or another.

I backed this game up with CLoneCD and it worked fine (v2.7.8.1)

Have you tried slowing the read speed right down?

Hi there I'm new to this,but I always copy at the lowest speed if that's any help,and I use HOTBURN to copy anything.....no problems so far.Is there away of sending games to oneanother.My boys would love that game....have a great day...Oh I copy at 2x the lowest HOTBURN goes. I've also tried Crdwinand liked it and copied at it's lowest speed and no errors or if any HOTBURN skips them....I could send it to you if that's permitted....
