I have tried to backup The Italian Job with no luck so i used a friends backup disk and i still can not backup this game please help

need a bit more info
1.what writing software are you using?
2.what make are your drives (cd-rom & cdr)?
3.what make are the cd's (disc) are you using?
4.do you know who copy the copy (if so did they use cd clone)?
5.what type of mod chip are you using?
