Problems with copy games
 

The game is on the disc and it loads in my ###NE. the problem is the screen won't stop rolling. I have burned one game that actually worked. Ironicly it was the first one I ever burned.

The rolling happens when you try to view a PAL video signal on a NTSC TV or vice versa..NTSC is used by U.S. & EU..Sounds like you patched with a NTCS 2 PAL patch, if you did patch it some patches brings up a menu where you can select NTSC or PAl...Depending on what country you are in you have to select (NTSC or PAL)or download the correct patch

Okay I get what u are saying but I want to go from PAL to NTSC. and all the patches are for NTSC to PAL. What next
