Rental of playstaion games - r they over
 

A friend of mine has advised recently that sony no longer will alow rentall of new ps1 games from the nov 1st. Has nayone else heard this story ?. Also that sony have never let there be rentals of PS2 games & will be doing spot checks on retailers & if found breaking the rules will take court action.

mate, that is the biggest load of bullshit i have ever heard, why would sony do that. people need to rent games to see if they are good or not. i have never gone to a shop looked at the back of the cd case then decided i'll buy the game because it looks good. sony would lose millions of dollars if they did something as dumb as that. nobody wants to buy dud games.
