Jumpy Screen, any ideas?
 

I recently burned a ncpt??? .bat file to pal, and burned the bat to a cd, it copied fine, and seems to work, but the screen is jumpy for some reason, and its not my tv. Any ideas what that is or how to fix it?

Could be any or all of several factors, including:

- You burned too fast
- Your media is poor
- You have a PAL TV with an NTSC game

Didn't understand what a .BAT file (which is an executable script) was doing in all this, but you say it works!
