Can i play VCD on PS2

i was wondering if there was a way if i can play VCDs on PS2 ... i have the neokey on my USB... can anyone help ? thankz

only with a ton of converting and messing around. there's no decend VCD player, and sony decided to leave out vcd compatibility for whatever stupid reason.
