can anyone tell me if it is posible to change the start up screen back to it's original mode for the ps1 i,m not on about the europe or american logo im on about the bit above that that some peaple change when cracking

Do you mean the psx logo? Then yes you can change it, but I don't know if you can change it back to the origional, but you can add one of your own if you want, you need a program called bootedit to do it and a selection of tmd's (these are the pictures you can add) need any info on how to do it etc mail me. ;D

You can make your own TMD file to go onto the startup screen but it needs to be a certain size etc, you need a program to do this, but I'm not sure what it is called.

Logo has nothing to do with wether it will or will not boot!

yes it has because if u change the america to europe it won't boot up on a ps1 without a boot disc.
but if u change the america to europe on one that the logo has not been changed it will play with out a boot disc on a ps1 all the time
