programs to play psx games on pc?

hi
just after some free programs to allow me to play psx games on my pc mainly gran turismo 1 and 2,as i would like to use my logitec steering wheel

www.#####.co.uk £25 The web site says it'll support GT1 but not GT2. Free trial download.

No idea if it's any good. There is al little bit on this forum if you search on the subject.
