Hi m8
Have had the same problems with some of my backed up games.(especially if they have been patched).
Try slowwing down you read speed no more than 8X then when you burn only 4X or even less.
Also if you re-writer is not burn proof try closing down all the progs you have running in the background so u are not using all you system resourses.
Also make sure the disc you are attempting to clone is in good working order.
Make sure you have the correct settings for psx games on clone...would advise you to get a detection program like 'cloney' it will pass on the correct settings to clone.
Same with cdrwin only image to drive at no more than 2x on both data and audio and write at no more than 8x....not forgeting to switch off all progs running in the background...that includes power saving and screensavers etc(get a full version, don,t use a crack or you will burn coasters)
A bit long winded i know but i hope this is of some help
Keep on ripping

Did you have the RAW box #####ed during the read session. (not required during the write session)?

Keep all other settings as default!
