F1 2000

Can somone help me please,I have tried to backup F1 2000 using Nero 5 and a Plextor4/8/32a writer but with no success,I`ve copied psx games before with no probs but this is different.
I have also downloaded clone cd.

i have the seem problem.
i've treit with clonecd and now with diskjuggler i get the error 17597ECC/EDC inconsistency at addresse.
can somebody help me please
