ps one backup HELP
 

I am using backpack cd rewriter-4c 1.05, i have installed cdrwin version 4.0A, i configured cdrwin with the defaults and i can't produce a working copy of my original. i am able to go threw the procedure suggested at www.consolesource.com and still can't get it working.
I have intalled a mod chip in my console and the screen freezes at the black playstation copyright screen. What am i doing rong, do i have to format my cd-r before recording it, do i have to record it in RAW mode, please help me...

Which game are you backing up....you probibaly need a patch.

i have f1 racing championchip, i do i know if the game needs a patch.

is your copy of cdrwin legit? if you use a bad serial it just burns coasters

cdrwin3 works best with playstation games try slowing down the speed of the data and audio reading part and try slowing down the speed of the recoerding stage.
