Its broken. Scrached beyond repair. Is there a site were i can download it and re-burn it, or can i order one from somewhere?

I've been looking for a copy for quite a while myself without success. if you find it, let me know please.

if you have the right modchip you don't need the Utility disk other than to load drivers.
