Frozen Copyright screen (No PSX logo and no copyright info??)
 

I have a problem with PSX game where they get to the copyright screen and it freezes. All it shows is "Playstation(tm)" and "SCEA(r)"
The Copyright info above the SCEA is missing and the PSX logo above Playstation is also missing. How do I fix this? I know when I put the game in ePSXe, I get an error that it can't find the system.cnf file for that game.
