Gran Turismo 2 isn't copying right!

I have the us greatest hits version of gt2 and every time i copy the arcade disc and put it in my ps-one it freezes after the opening intro. I have already copied the sim disc and it works. I have tried making an image with cdrwin and clonecd and in both instances it burns the image w/o any problems. BUT I STILL CAN'T GET THE F'N THING TO WORK!!!

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!?!?!

i used nero to burn my copy and it works fine, the sound on the opening menu skips but that's all. www.nero.com

What type of mod chip are U using cause I have workin copies with both crwin and clonecd with a very jumpy external mod.Try UR backup on a mates machine an see if it works then m8.Hope I have helped but its worked for me in the past.

i am not using a mod-chip, but rather a ps-x-change switch disc which works flawlessly with every other game that i have copied so far, even imports. i have burned nearly eleven coasters on all different types of media and nearly every ripping and burning program on the face of the earth.... in short I (in my situation) will no doubt have to go out and buy this little gem... oh well

unless anyone has a solution of course...

get yourself an internal mod chip since i changed to one of these even what i thought were coasters have worked why dont you try www.maxking.com i found their site very helpfull and they delivered the goods in three days and the chips are quite easy to install (if you have a steady hand and know how to do basic soldering) all the info you need is on their website

hope this helps you
