how important is the country when i use a .ppf patch ??
 

example:

I want to make a copy of fear effect pal/german but only find this ntsc2pal , pal italian or just something like that but no pal/german ppf patch ... which patch do i need to play this burned game on my psx -> the pal one or do i have to find a pal/german one or the ntsc ?????
