bad secter reads
 

hi im having problems with psx backups
i have street fighter collection
and i am trying to make a copy
cuzz my original is in kinda bad shape
im using the newest clone cd i think its 2.8
and in the log window it says about
30 or so secter error's when reading track 72
can any one tell me if this is cuzz my cd
is messed up to much or is this some sort
of protection. i also had the same problem
with parasite eve 2 (disk2) it also had a scratch's
but not too bad

any help would be nice
im wanting to back up my whole collection
but im kinda stuck on this and not sure what to do.

Any time you get read errors on a PSX game it is dirty or damaged. First try to clean the cd if that doesn't work try copying from a different original
