Two many Coasters (PSX Crash Bash)
 

making to many coasters try to backup my psx game Crash Bash.
I have two cd-rw:
LG CED 8080B & Traxdata CDRW8432
I have tried to copy Crash Bash using my LG CED 8080B with Clonecd but when I Play the game it crashes about two minutes into the game.
did the same with my Traxdata CDRW8432 using Nero 5.5 but did not get past the boot screen, using the lastest drivers for both drives and the lastest updates for Clonecd & Nero.
can anyone help me please.......

Try using CDRWin (version 3.8 or elase) and use a crack. I tried and it work

do you know where I can down load the crack from I cannot find it at gamecopyworld.com

Never enter a crack code to unlock cdrwin, it will tell you software is unlocked and fully functional but will burn coasters every time you use it. If you cannot afford to buy it just use the free demo at www.goldenhawk.com it will write only at 1x but it works fine.

If you use you LG burner then try TDK media as LG's can be quite fussy!

Use CDRWin (dont download a crack its just not worth it), it only cost a few quid to buy! Dont change any of the settings except the read and write speed's keep them slow, read 4x and write at 2x.

Create an image to your hard drive and then patch it, afterwards you are ready to burn. Patch with PPF-O-Matic.

Use the PDX patch from megagames.

No I did not mean the crack for cdrwin I ment the crack for crash bash. (crashb.ppf)
I made a copy of the game in the end this is how I did it?

1. Read the game with CDRWin. dont forget to give it a file name (crashb.bin) and a location for CDRWin to save it to
2. Downloaded PPF-O-MATIC www.gamecopyworld.com
3. Applied the patch.ppf which I downloaded from gamecopyworld
4. Downloaded a copy of Fireburner. (shareware) www.znet.com
5. Did a burn test. (which was very quick)
6. Then burned a copy. (play the game)

Try burning using fireburner but set the it to DAO not TAO and it will work ( with the patch of cause )

Fireburner works fine using TAO (track at once)
whats the difference TAO & DAO (disk at once aka raw)
I dont us fireburner to read the disk just to burn the image.cue which cdrwin made...
