Using PS1 Backups in PS2??
 

I have a question.....

DO I need a mod chip to use my old PS1 backups in the new PS2??

I haven't purchased my PS2 yet and was wondering about that..

yes, you need a modchip to play all backups.

for ps1 backups you need a modchip however for ps2 backup you can do the knife swap using a gameshark2
