Can I burn PSX games without needing a MOD chip?
 

I am kinda new to this burning crap and im wondering if you must have a mod chip to copy a psx game or is there a certain program that will copy the disk to where I do not need a mod chip?

YES of course you can BURN psx games without a mod chip!!! The only catch is that you can't play them without a mod chip.
