when does this little wonder box that plugs into the front of ur ps2 get released an UK? any ideas?

Can someone tell me a little more about the NEO2 Key for PS2?

I have seen and heard of it but don't know much about it.

I assume it is an alternative to the internal MOD chip but how does it compare? What does/doesn't it do? I can't find any info on the playstationmods site about the specific specs.

The only thing is, the one on mod-chip.net is called SBOX and not NeoKey. Has anyone actually tested the SBOX??
