Smackdown 2 problem
 

Hi guys and gals. Could u explain 2 me why Smackdown 2 froze at the loading screen? I made a backup of the PAL game using CLONE CD. I'm not new at making backups. I'm just curious why this happened using CLONE CD with it's correct settings (2 ticks and 1 tick - u know what I mean) and a game that's not protected. I used a Mitsumi (a newer model) writer and a Verbatim CDR. And there's nothing wrong with the original game (no scratches).
In the mean time, I'll use CDRWIN and see what happens.

By the way, I used a 650MB/74min CDR and my playstation is of the 7000 series. The game is about 728 MB, but I've backed up games that was 700 MB or more onto a 74 min CD before.
So there, now you have all the facts. But before I go, I just remembered that something similar had happened a few months ago with Tomb Raider 4 (NTSC).

Hi. Made a backup of Smackdown 2 with CDRWIN and it worked fine. Tested out King of the Ring and that worked too. So what gives with CloneCD? I can't think of anything that I did wrong.

try reading at 4x and writing at 2x speed.

Man ...! I don't know what I did but while making the image of SMACKDOWN 2 I got an error message....(also too many errors in log)
Using CloneCD don't know what to do.Virtually I can't write this PS CD..Please help...-:?
