PLEASE HELP!
 

i got a chip put into my ps2 and i dont know its name all i know is that u use a gameshark ver. 1.3 to play copies.
so i tried to copy a couple of games(tekken tag tournament, unreal tournament, quake3, ssx, squad X and SSEX3) on gigastorage cd-r's, with both nero and clonecd and only 2 of 8 games worked(SSX and SSEX3),according to the guy who installed the chip u can only copy ps2 games on black cd-r's is this true?
and what IS the name of my chip

i don't think thats true about the black cdr's. i've heard verb's are best and the black ones are among the worst to use. i bet yours is a chip with no name too, the type for about £3 at computer fairs.
