To Patch or not to Patch?
 

If I am using cloneCD do I need to patch?

If you are able to tick the box saying dont repair sub channel data when you are going to write then your cd writer is compatibale so it doesnt need a patch.

If you was unable to tick the box then use cdrwin with a patch from megagames!!
YOU ONLY NEED A PATCH IF IT IS PROTECTED
u can find this out if the game is protected by looking on the megagames website.

Thanks for the reply. I can tick the box you refer to. Does this imply that this box should be #####ed at all times? What about the other ##### boxes?

Have you got copy protection detection??
If not go to psxcopyworld/megagames and download it?
This detects the psx protection and ticks the boxes automaticaly!!
I think its just the first two at the top??
IT IS NOT CAMPATIBALE WITH MINE!!

Do u know if there is a boot disk/smartcard for the PS2 that lets u play copyed games without a INSIDE MODCHIP!!
