HELP
 

i got a chip put into my ps2 and i dont know its name all i know is that u use a gameshark ver. 1.3 to play copies.

so i tried to copy a couple of games(tekken tag tournament, unreal tournament, quake3, ssx, squad X and SSEX3) on gigastorage cd-r's, with both nero and clonecd and only 2 of 8 games worked(SSX and SSEX3),according to the guy who installed the chip u can only copy ps2 games on black cd-r's is this true?
and what IS the name of my chip

the installer doesnt know much about copying games,i copy on sonys,tdk's and verbatims, ##### and see if the games that dont work are by EA sports, if so you have to use the EA sports boot sequence.for info on how to do it ##### out playstationmods.com

the games from ea need the ea boot method!!
you start your psx2 with holding reset button and gs until the gs menu is on the screen you release the reset button the disk tray comes out and you must by something games of ea press quick eject before the disk tray close automatictly!!for another ea games you let the disk tray automatictly close (4 sec).looking what for a method to work for your game!!
