Help Needed Backing Up Toca World Touring Cars

I have tried backing up my copy of toca world touring cars but just made coasters any know if it is protected. used nero and clone cd in my HP 8210e writer.

HI!! you must patch the game with a protection fix!!all what you needed can you found on www.psx-empire.de or game copy world!!
