I tried to copy crash bandicoot 2.
I have a creative CD-RW RW4424e.
I have used a lot of different copy programs.

I do not think that the Creative is actually capable of copying PSX games, that is why you are having failures.

use cdrwin to burn games or make image file-->patch image file (*.bin)-->burn disc-->play game

I noticed that i used to be able to copy psx games on adaptec... now i cant at all. whats with that? then i was able to copy on cdrwin but now i cant even burn those images? somethins messed up with my burner but i can burn dc games fine... o well
