Best patch copy program
 

Hi All,

Just like to ask all the people out there which on they think is the best copying program ( i.e NERO, CDRwin, CDclone ) to use when a game requires a patch .
I can copy normal games ok using CDclone but when I have tried to use CDRwin on a patch required game it wont copy ( I think its because I was naughty and have a hacked version and it only copys audio).

Create a .bin file with cdrwin.
When you patch the bin file burn it back to CD
using FIREBURNER at a speed of 2x or 4x.
You'll love the result.

CDRWIN is best PSX software

Yeah, i recommend CDRWIN for psx games. You'll probably find cd-clone is better for the likes of PC games. But the best think about CDRWIN is that its easy to create the .bin images to patch.

I doubt a patch would work with a game that has already been hacked since it usually checks the file size as well as other factors associated with the image before the patch is applied.

For psx I would reconmend clonecd, but cdrwin is great too (I like it's dumping methods)

Nero is nice for pc games that need to be patched or for audio (but then I know people who use adaptec for audio and pc games)

Best thing you can do is get Nero clonecd and cdrwin and experiment on your own. try goin to linkworld for usefull links
