Some can tell me how play backup in a PAL PS2 ?

i have just found out from this site

that the modchip for the pal ps2 is now out but at the moment you also need the action replay disk and mem card, but they say a plain old boot disk is coming out soon so you won't need the action replay disk
btw i have found this site to be very reliable
