Anyone Help A Newbie Prepared To Write Up An "Idiot Guide" Afterwards?!
 

I have a modified (NeoKey) PS2 with a recent version of Action Replay. Recently I downloaded Channeltech's Multi Region DVD software in a zip file which consisted of one BIN file, 1 QUE file and a Read Me, the latter which wasn't of much help hence this request! These I dumped on my desk top if this is relevant.
I have CDRWin 4.0 and have had no problems previously copying games but I do not know how to correctly burn these latest files onto a disc. (I have tried but keep producing coasters!) Would anyone be prepared to help me through this step-by-step so that hopefully I end up with a disc that works? I then intend to put together a step-by-step idiot guide to assist others in the future. I make the assumption that Channeltech knows what he's doing as he does seem to have a good reputation - except in the case of instructions!!!

First, may I say that I have foubnd CDRWIN 4 to be unreliable. I use CDRWIN 3.8G.

This ought to work.

Click the first CDRWin ICON
Supply the path of the CUE file (should be same name and directory as BIN file)
Use the default settings for CDRWin
Burn at 4x perhaps

So what's the problem in detail if this doesn't work?
