Ducati World Racing NTSC-PAL Patch
 

I tried to use the patch as listed (Both types PFF & PAL4U)
neither of them worked i was still left with a NTSC version of the game.
PPF version said patched ok
PAL4U said 2 off the files were already patched
this was on two separate extraction of files using CDRWin i habve Mitsumi 4804 burner and have never had any problems before with any other patches
Please advise if it is an error on the patch or my NTSC version
