[urgent!!] PSX Copies and Verbatim CDR80 (700mb) : possible ??!

Hi everyone,

A big question here !!!..
I know that Verbatim cdr74 DO work GREAT with PSX copies, ok !

BUT can we use too the very 'new' Verbatim CDR80 too now, for this too !?! : Do the *ù*ù^$ PSX reading 'heads' could support those blue CDR80 too, now ??..

i ask this 'cause there are here only those big and (apparently) great 25x+ cdr80/700mb Verbatim cool packs available here,
apparently !!!..
And for a very good price too !!..

If the answer could be YES, i will.. love it !!!! :-))

Thanks in advance for the info,

st... heu, no, sunset ! ;-)

if you have a newer model playstation, most any cd-r's will work, as long as you arent using the super cheap cd-r's. like the 50 packs for $15 silver on blue.

Hi,
thank you for your answer.
I suppose this DO answers the question then !

Well.. i just don't know if my PSX is sufficiently recent then.. O;-) ..neitheir do i know too for sure if i could really play the same 'backups' on a 'dear friend's' PSX too after those sort of tries (then)!..

So, all in all, i will rather stick with my standard backup method then; cdr74 + (sony/tdk/verbatim big blues), for maximum compatibility after the backup then !..

Anyway, thank you:
i thought i knew a little the answer before asking my question: indeed, that's so exactly what i suspected then !!!
Thank you again anyway for the confirmation then.

++,
st :)

Hi !! I Always use verbatim 80's And they work great on ALL playstations

but I don't think 80min cd's work great with all writers. mine supposedly doesn't support them.
