Driver 2 (US) Problems! Please Help
 

I am trying to make a copy of Driver 2.
I use CDRWIN and SONY 650 mb CD-R
I never had problems burning psx games before but this game is really wasting my cd-r 's.
I already made 4 copies and none of them work. The game burns fine without any errors (I burn at 2X). The game starts up perfectly and goes through the start up scenes without a glitch, then it lets me choose the options and when I am ready to play and press the button to continue it says loading, and the loading bar begins to move but it ALWAYS gets stuck right before or exactly at the end and the disk continues spinning and nothing happens at all. Can someone please tell me what I can try. I tried burning at 4X, I tried burning at 2X, I tried cleaning the disks, I dont know what else to do. Please help.

well the original Driver 2 is´t protected so have you borowed the copy from a friend????

hey try burning it 1X or try making it an image file then copy if that dont work try clone cd that always works

i copyed driver 2 with no problems,i use cdrwin 3.7f, but dont copy it cd to cd, extract the bin,cue file into a temp folder,the third box on top after you open cdrwin, then load the cue file into cdrwin using the first box from left. hope this helps

I dont burn cd to cd. I also make a bin file first.
I also use CDRWIN 3.7f I tried everything 2X 4X MAX, 650mb disk, 700mb disk and still it keeps getting stuck while loading after you choose your mission.
I want to try again one more time but I really dont want to loose another cd. What are the settings required to burn psx for CDCLONE?
