PATCHING F1 2000 BY EA SPORTS
 

HAVE TRIED THE PATCHES ON THIS SITE BUT HAD NO LUCK IN GETTING A WORKING BACK UP. ITS THE PAL VERSION WITH LANGUAGE SELECTOR. I USE CDWIN 3.8D TO BACK UP

I've convinced there's just something wrong with some of those patches.

I've tried to back up 3 UK PAL games using patches, and out of TOCA World Touring Cars (2 different patches), FF8, and Superbike 2000, the only patch that worked properly was Superbike 2000. I also used CDRwin3.8D, full version.

The protection fixes for TOCA and FF8 just plain don't work, not for me anyway. The PAL/NTSC switch over works, but the LibCrypt still kicks in and crashes my Playstation at the modchip check points.

Anyone know anything more about any of these patches? is it a problem with CDRwin3.8D possibly? I've used that to create the images each time, and burnt the .bin files back to CD using both CDRwin and Nero, and I haven't got a working copy of TOCA or FF8 san modchip protection yet.....
