hi i have a question .. is it just me or does this game run slow as hell ... like the frame rate seems to never even reach 30fps .... my friend tries to say that his runs with no slowdown ever .... is this possible ... could it be my modchip or is the game just like that ..... i have a stealth 7 wire .. and a psx 9001 ..... all my other games seem fine .. its just this one

help please
