Question on PSX backups
 

I want to know how PSX backups work with the PS2 (seems very hard to get info this).
Do I need to chip it or are there any BootCD's that will work?

I'm only interested in PSX backups.
Any helpfull answer will be most apprechiated.

easiest way is to get a chip so it boots directly

im sure theres other methods, but id think a chip would work best
