NTSC Patches
 

I understand that NTSC is american PSX, is this so then all patches at megagames.com that say NTSC should work for my PSX games (I"m in North America)BUT for some reason they don't as some of them p4u files after I unzip them but they also they are for NTSC...help is there some way to convert p4u to being a bin file so I can use it with CDRWIN???

i think the what u mean iss that u have a patch a p4u file this must be patched to a bin file to work then the image is burned on a cd.

because the patch is in P4U format it has to be converted to a bin file in order for it to work with CDRWIN and apparently that is what P4U2K is for but it doesn't work
