Other means of playing imports/backups on the PS2
 

Can anyone tell me if there is an alternative way of playing backups or imports on a PS2 without using a modchip ? People tell me that it is very risky since the PS2 is a lot more complicated than the PSX, and so while there is an action replay option for the PSX, is there any like that for the PS2 ?
