NTSC-2-PAL Patch [PAL4U] can anyone tell me what that means? I'm trying to back up Canadain psx and use a patch that says it's NTSC-2-PAL Patch [PAL4U] it also says it's ntsc u/c. I can load the game but it will not stop flipping, did i use the wrong patch ?
