NFL222 ntsc Flickers on my Pal DC ??!!
 

I d/l the NFL2k2 NTSC version..... Beautiful game but on my Pal DC it flickers like crazy so it must be running at 50hz.

Being that it is the NTSC version there must be 60hz built in but it detects a PAL dc and adjusts it to 50hz.

My question is how do I override it from doing that as there is no Pal 60hz patch available and I have tried the 2 Pal patcher programs I could find on DCworld but neither converts the code.

Anyone got any ideas ?????????

BTW : On my VGA Box at 60hz it is flicker free so I know the code is in there.

First off PAL runs at 50Hz, NTSC runs at 60Hz. The problem is your TV it doesn't support a refresh rate of 60hz hence the flickering picture. Buy a new TV or a converter to switch from 60 to 50.
