60hz patch
 

Can somebody explain to me how to patch a cdi file with a 60 hz patch and also tell me which progs I need to do that and (I know there r many ands!!) where to find those progs.....

you need the PPF-O-Matic from here, DC copyworld, and even though it asks for .bin files you can still patch .cdi images as well
