Help 60mhz to 50mhz
 

Hi, How do i convert my DC images eg. cdi, bin, iso (mainly USA) to PAL or 50hz as the games are played on an old portable TV so USA titles cause the screen to flicker, is there a universal PAL Patcher available? (like the psx one), i also read that u can copy/paste a set of defined hex codes in using a hex edit proggy to achive this which works on 80% of titles, any info greatly apreciated!

You have to find in your data.iso file with a Hex Prog (f.e Hex Workshop) this line:

00E403A000E401A000E4 and transform it to
01E403A002E401A003E4 (3 changes)
