How to increase laser of the GD-rom?
 

Hi all ;)
Today have applied the mod to my dc and would know how to increase the laser intensity...Someone tells that under the laser cover there is a switch or a similar thing but i didn t see anything...so please tell me where I have to put my hands ;)

Yes modifying the laser does nearly half the life of your DC, because the laser now has to work 2X as hard on CD-RWs, CD-Rs, and even original game discs. It is a stupid mod and should not be attempted by anyone

The laser need not be modified unless your a cheap asshole who wants to use CD-RWs instead of CD-Rs. Another thing about CD-RWs, you only get two full good burns to them, and usually they are worthless afterwards. So break down and buy CD-Rs instead.

Thanks ;) but i know which would be the consequences.
I have to increase the laser of my dc cause it don t want to read my games...sometimes it reads and sometimes not...this dc was given me from a friend of mine and I am trying to make it working.
So...can you tell me how to increase the laser a bit more? I only want to try if it will solve the not read problem.
