Using Skies of Arcadia 2 Disk

How do you use the 2 disk copy. It crashes out at a pre-determined point and when I put in the 2nd disk it will not start from the last save game?

I'm very intresting in the answer too, cause soon I'd be a happy owner of this game :)
So, I think many people playing this game. The answer is if any of you has the same problems as above?
