WTF is EOM
|
If memory serves me, "eom" is another one of those TLA's (Three Letter Acronyms) from the early computer days, like "eol" or "End of Line". I believe "eom" means "End of Message". Sorta like his adding the [nt] to the subject line in a newsgroup message so you know not to download the message body (nt=NO TEXT). Of course it's counter-productive when it's in the body of the message though, isn't it?

LOL
Thanks Wayne... In my 15 years of underground activity, I have never heard of EOM. Guess it makes sense, albeit ####ed up. |
