what is smart ftp
 

someone told me I need smart ftp to go to certain iso websites.anyone know if this is true? also what is it.

I have never heard of that before. Smart FTP (I think) is just an FTP program.

Many ISOs/CDIs are on FTP sites.. (public and private). The better ones are kind of like fancy restaraunts. Invitation only. With unique usernames/passwords and IP checking... Public is just a cluster#### of files, images and garbage. Total hit or miss.

It is an FTP program, and if THADES wasn't so bloody lazy a search engine could easily have provided the info he needed !
