Grandia 2 lockup problems
 

Hello,

I'm new to this board, but I hope you guys can help me out.

I've got a backup of grandia 2, and it works fine for most of the time. However, at a certain point, quite late in the game, Ryudo becomes posessed by Valmar and grabs his arm (They are standing on a bridge in a village). At this point, I cannot seem to continue the game. It doesn't really freeze, as you can still hear the bird flapping his wings and you can see a guy walking. But it appears as if the game is in some infinite loop or something. Does anyone know how I can continue the game from this point onwards?

I suppose only those who finished the game on a backup can be of help here, as it happens quite late in the game.

Yes, I am seeming to have the exact problem... Its very frustrating to get this far and have it lock up like this. If anyone has any ideas... I have an Echelon release- 2 CD game. Thanks!!
